The company was formerly known as Hakon Invest AB and changed its name to ICA Gruppen AB (publ) in May 2013. The company was founded in 1917 and is headquartered in Solna, Sweden. ICA Gruppen AB (publ) is a subsidiary of ICA-handlarnas Förbund.
