This dataset maps all publicly disclosed downstream entities within corporate groups, as reported across official company sources. It captures direct and indirect ownership links between holding and investee entities, covering subsidiaries, associates, joint ventures, and other related entities. Each holder–investee link is standardized across ownership and voting rights percentages, entity location, and effective dates. Where available, the dataset also reflects the company’s complete parent–child hierarchy, offering a structured view of corporate linkages that enables users to analyze ownership networks and trace control structures with precision.
