The Tyman International division provides hardware and seals to the door and window industry under the Schlegel, Giesse, and Reguitti brands. The company was formerly known as Lupus Capital plc and changed its name to Tyman plc in February 2013. Tyman plc was founded in 1838 and is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom. As of August 1, 2024, Tyman plc operates as a subsidiary of Quanex Building Products Corporation.
