Founded in 1997 as HPI Holding AG, it has grown through over 20 strategic acquisitions into the world market leader for drum clamping rings, holding more than 50% market share. The company operates two core divisions: Industrial Packaging Rings, providing closure systems like tightening rings for steel, plastic, and fibre drums and pails; and Industrial Packaging Liners, offering drum liners, bag-in-box systems, and beer tank liners.
